All E-Liquid consists of Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, flavourings, nicotine and in some cases a colouring

Some Juices are 100% VG which means they contain no Propylene Glycol.

Max VG does not necessarily mean there is no Propylene Glycol (PG) in the Juice. This means that the juice has a very high VG content.

Is nicotine harmful?

There is much debate about nicotine, but on it’s own nicotine has never been shown to be harmful. Much of the negativity surrounding nicotine stems from it’s combination with tobacco cigarettes.

What nicotine strength should I choose?

As a beginner vaper, we would recommend 12mg. This is to give you the harshness of a cigarette and also to provide you with a similar amount of nicotine that you would get from a cigarette.

Are these suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegetarians.

Why does the E-Liquid sometimes change colour?

When some e-liquids are exposed to air and light they sometimes change colour; this is perfectly normal. If the E-Liquid in your tank turns into a dark brown/black colour, you may need to change your tank or replace the atomizer head in the tank.

What is vaping?

Vaping is the process of heating an e liquid into vapour and then inhaling. The e-liquids used can be with or without nicotine.

What is an Ohm (Ω)?

Ohm is a measure of electrical resistance of the coil inside a tank. It is normally shown as this symbol Ω. Alternatively the information can be found on the coil itself or on the box of coils.

What are the options for vaping?

There are two different methods to inhale vape – Mouth to lung (MTL) is a popular method amongst new vapers as the pull on the vape is that of a cigarette.

The other method is direct lung (DL), direct to lung resembles smoking a shisha, and the amount of vaper exhaled is that of a cloud. Experienced vapers tend to use direct to lung and the Eliquids have more flavour in them.

Are there any health implications of vaping?

National Health have shown that vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking. Health associations like the NHS are supporting the use of e-cigarettes by help promoting the Stoptober campaign which helps smokers quit in the month of October. the Royal College of Physicians also claim that due to the amount of chemicals and Toxins found in cigarettes, vaping is a much safer alternative as E-liquid only has four ingredients all of which can be consumed safely.

How old do you have to be to buy a vape product in store and online?

To purchase e-liquid must be above 18 years old. When ordering online you may need to confirm your age via an age verification.

Can vaping help me to quit smoking?

Of course! However, you must have will power! If you are a heavy smoker, we recommend using a Nic salt liquid as the nicotine delivery is quicker. You may feel like you are vaping more than you are smoking but at the start it is normal to do so. You can always call our customer services team and they will be happy to help. Alternately you can call the NHS helpline.

How often should I vape?

You should vape as and when you need nicotine. It may be the case that when you first start you may be vaping more than you smoke but that is quite normal as your body will start getting use to inhaling a cleaner nicotine delivery.
